Bikeparts offers convenient delivery options for every need.

We provide delivery throughout the Baltic States using Omniva, Unisend and DPD parcel lockers.

Delivery to other European Union countries is also available via local parcel locker networks or courier services, depending on the destination country and the selected delivery option.

Courier delivery to your home or office is available as well — fast, convenient and secure. Courier delivery is ideal for oversized items or when you prefer to receive the parcel directly.

The order delivery time is 2–7 business days, unless a different delivery time is specified for a particular product.

Please note that delivery time is calculated in business days and may depend on product availability, the time the order was placed, weekends and public holidays.

After placing and dispatching your order, you will receive notifications by SMS and email, allowing you to track the status of your order:

1. Order confirmation
After successfully placing your order, you will receive the first notification by SMS and email.

2. Dispatch notification
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a second notification by SMS and email with the shipment tracking number.

3. Delivery notification
Once the order has been delivered, you will receive a delivery notification and invoice by SMS and email.

Returns and exchange policy

The buyer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally cancel a purchase made at the online store www.bikeparts.lv by returning the item within 14 (fourteen) days.
The withdrawal period begins from the day the buyer takes possession of the item.

Canceling a purchase

To request a product return or exchange, please complete the form below.

If the product is unsuitable or does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it or exchange it for another size or model within 14 days from the date of receipt.

You can return the item using one of the following parcel lockers:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the amount paid for the product.
